NCQA Expert and Accreditation Consultant

• This is a HYBRID role. Can work in either Naperville or Chicago office.

Description:

• Serve as the Expert and consultant to the team and specifically supporting the Accreditation coordinator.
• This role will be more of an Accreditation Consultant. This person will help with reporting, and requirements for evidence needed for submissions to NCQA.
• This position is responsible for operations compliance with NCQA accreditation and regulatory requirements in assigned areas.
• Responsible for developing, coordinating, integrating and monitoring NCQA accreditation activities and initiatives in compliance to state and federal regulations.
• Act as subject matter expert, handle complex assignments, and may assist training/mentoring department staff.

Required Job Qualifications:

• Must be expert in NCQA. 3-5 years working with evidence submissions to NCQA.
• Experience using Total Quality Management (TQM)/Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) concepts.
• Knowledge or experience reviewing accreditation standards and evaluating level of compliance, identifying challenges and proposing solutions.
• Knowledge or experience monitoring compliance and managing evidence documents.
