The National Service Manager is responsible for all Service delivery functions in their respective region and tasked with the establishment and implementation of a strong aftersales service business. Responsible for driving day to day service functions, development of a country service business strategy, budgets and achievement of KPIs.
Reporting to the Regional Sales and Service Manager, this role provides leadership, line-management and guidance for the National Service team while optimizing service facilities and drive adherence to health and safety policies.
Qualifications
Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or advanced certifications preferred.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years’ experience working in a service management and leadership roles.
- Industry or industry adjacent knowledge about valves, actuators and digital control systems is highly desired.
- A willingness and ability to travel throughout the world as required.

- A proven record of successful effective profit and loss management.
- Effectively demonstrate leadership skills, industry knowledge, and track record of achieving results.
- A demonstrable proficiency in process development and measurable process improvement.
- Ability to build excellent relationships across business units.
