SalaryJOB PURPOSE:
The National Education & Process Manager is responsible for leading and owning the development and implementation of all aspects of inventory and warehouse management education and training for field operations. This position will lead the standardization of inventory processes and will collaborate with the Zone Inventory Managers to support Field Leaders and Branch Personnel in their efforts to be successful in achieving all assigned inventory/financial metrics & Process standardization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Facilitate the development of training and education programs for field positions that touch inventory and Warehouse Operations to support a successful D365 implementation & inventory mgmt. Participate in current and future system development to ensure configuration meets organizational needs. Partner cross-functionally to communicate and employ framework for change management across the organization to support ERP objectives.
- Partner with Zone Inventory Managers to drive alignment, standardization & simplification between current operations solutions and processes.
- Support the planning, scheduling, forecasting, and control operations related to inventory; especially in support of Numotion’s inhouse service initiative.
- In collaboration with the direct manager, will present a united front with cross-functional teams and stakeholders when identifying and prioritizing initiatives around inventory utilization and best practices.
- Deliver frequent and consistent communication with leaders across the organization on ERP initiatives.
- Partner with Zone Inventory Managers to develop KPI’s/performance metrics related to Inventory & Warehouse management (Receiving, Production, Cycle Counts, Returns, etc.) and training/operational changes to improve metrics.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:
§ Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
§ Five plus (5+) years of supply chain/inventory management experience.
§ Intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email, and Internet)
§ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
§ Ability to think quickly, assess a situation and make a sound decision.
§ Excellent organizational and time management skills with focus on set priorities.
PREFERRED COMPETENCIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:
§ Field leadership experience in a Complex Rehabilitation Technology company.
§ Microsoft D365 implementation and/or user level experience.
