NATIONAL ADMISSION MANAGER

A Day in the Life:

The National Admissions Manager is a key leadership role within the CIP, a leading organization that empowers young adults with learning differences to succeed in college, employment, and independent living.

This position is accountable for overseeing all aspects of admissions for our specialized autism transition programs. The role demands a balance of strategic planning, team management, and operational execution, with a focus on attaining enrollment and revenue goals to contribute to the growth of the organization. The Admission Manager will report to the President.

This position operates in a highly scheduled environment but may require longer hours and occasional weekend work and minimal travel as job duties demand. The Admission Manager position involves a low physical demand.

All the Responsibilities We’ll Trust You With:

• Oversee the admissions process, ensuring a high-quality experience for students and families.

• Analyze enrollment trends and market data, creating sales forecasts and tracking metrics.

• Supervise and support the National Admissions team, providing regular feedback, coaching, and training.

• Organize outreach and events; conduct information sessions and tours.

• Lead team meetings to discuss performance, forecasts, and process improvements.

• Implement diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in admissions.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of admission policies and regulations.

• Ensure integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

• Build relationships with diverse individuals including students, parents, clinical and educational professionals, and community partners.

• Oversee contracting and enrollment processes within the Admissions Department.

Qualities You Possess:

The Admission Manager will possess exceptional leadership and communication skills, precise attention to detail, superior organization and prioritization skills and self-motivation in managing tasks to completion. They will have genuine empathy and awareness of the needs and sensitivities of prospective families, students, related professionals, and staff.

Your Areas of Knowledge and Expertise:

• Bachelor's Degree is highly preferred.

• Previous experience with multi-phased sales processes including management of personnel.

• Track record of process improvement.

• Experience successfully managing teams with diverse roles.

• Experience working in an educational setting and/or with neurodiverse populations is highly preferred.

• Experience with CRM software, Microsoft Excel, Google Apps, email marketing, and various communication and collaboration tools.
