National Account Manager – Outside Sales

Requirements:

Qualifications:

• Possession of a High School diploma or its equivalent; a bachelor's degree in Professional Selling, Marketing, or Business is advantageous.
• Prior sales experience in packaging, cosmetic, food service, and/or e-commerce sectors is preferred.
• Exceptional customer service aptitude, coupled with the capability to collaborate in a team environment comprising diverse employees and managers.
• Proficiency in remote work.
• Ability to excel in a competitive setting.
• Strong organizational skills and efficiency.
• Aptitude for establishing and sustaining robust professional relationships.
• Proficiency in both written and oral communication is essential.
• Flexibility for required travel.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with in-house Creative and Production teams to deliver creative and innovative packaging solutions to customers.
• Ensure a positive customer experience by providing education, cross-selling, and identifying opportunities to present customers with value-added services and products that enhance their business.
• Source new accounts through various channels, including direct customer interaction, leveraging past relationships, cold calling, and utilizing social media.
• Utilize industry leads to connect with key decision-makers and establish relationships that contribute to business growth.
• Conduct sales calls to boost sales within existing accounts, while also actively prospecting and building business with new accounts.
• Take responsibility for meeting or exceeding sales and margin goals set for the role.
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service to build strong relationships and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
• Implement and manage pricing strategies within all accounts to maintain competitiveness and profitability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
