A professional and fun-loving family in Waunakee, WI is seeking an experienced Nanny House Manager to join their family.

Mom and Dad have busy days running their family business together and place importance on spending quality time as a family when they have down time. They love having family dinners, baking, playing games, and traveling as much as possible together.

They have three children; ages ten, eight, and newborn.

• The 10 year old has a sweet and adventurous personality. She places importance on staying organized and loves being active. She has a deep passion for gymnastics and is on a competitive team. She enjoys doing arts + crafts and has a major love for Taylor Swift!
• The 8 year old has a sweet, caring, and fun-loving personality. He makes friends wherever he goes and is very social. He enjoys building legos, playing Minecraft, practicing piano and reading.
• The newborn has a calm and sweet demeanor and gets lots of love from her older siblings!

The family is seeking an outgoing, flexible, and adaptable individual who can roll with the punches. The ideal candidate should be capable of working independently without the need for micromanagement, remaining focused and on task. Someone who is friendly, down-to-earth, and easy-going will be a wonderful fit for this family.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Providing high quality care for the baby and assisting with her needs.
• Focus on maintaining the household and ensuring a smooth daily routine.
• Assisting with after-school activities, such as reading, gymnastics, and piano practice.
• Working in harmony with mom to collaborate on household projects
• Organizing indoor and outdoor age-appropriate activities to encourage the children’s growth and development.

House Manager Duties:

• Cleaning + maintaining coffee-related items, ordering groceries, putting groceries away, general organization of common areas, and taking out trash
• Encouraging the children to maintain their rooms and play areas
• Household organization, including laundry, making beds, changing of sheets, and maintaining the pantry and closets.
• Preparing/reheating daily meals + snacks that the chef makes
• Vehicle maintenance scheduling and as-needed cleaning
• Additional duties as needed to ensure the smooth running of the household

Schedule: M-Fr: 8:30am-5:30pm

Compensation: $28-34/hr BOE

Benefits: 45 hours guaranteed each week,5 days PTO of nanny’s choice, Extra PTO when family takes vacation, 3 paid sick days, paid federal holidays, raises and bonuses, mileage reimbursement, monthly health insurance stipend

Notes:

-Family has three dogs and one cat. The NHM must be comfortable with pets and will be responsible for letting the dogs in and out throughout the day

-Mom and Dad have in-home offices and will work from home from time to time.

-Mom will be on maternity leave for the first couple months of employment and the NHM will work in harmony with her to provide care for the infant and complete house management tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
