The Lismore Eau Claire Hotel a Doubletree by Hilton is hiring a Front of House Manager for our Informalist Restaurant. Our manager will provide supervision and support to the front-of-the-house staff, managing daily restaurant operations. This is a full-time exempt position. This position is eligible for benefits including 401k, health, vision, dental, and life insurance.
Compensation:$48,000 - $50,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Perform opening and closing duties in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Oversee overall maintenance of the restaurant.
- Coordinate restaurant operations to include daily schedules and identify staff needs.
- Responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction and quality guest experience.
- Maintain employee records, oversee training and identify training needs, responsible for new hire onboarding and orientation, and conduct staff meetings when necessary.
- Plan and monitor restaurant sales and revenue, monitor labor and operational costs, identify and estimate food and beverage supply requirements/needs, and ensure inventory needs are met.
- 2 years of progressive management experience within the Food and Beverage Industry.
- Experience with POS systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, weekends & holidays.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and guest service skills.
- Exceptional organization and leadership skills.
