As the Assistant Director of Programs, you will play a pivotal role in managing and administrating our Early Childhood programs. You will collaborate closely with the Director of Programs to successfully implement our objectives and activities.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Championing a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement within our Early Childhood programs.
- Developing and implementing policies, procedures, and protocols that ensure compliance with licensing and accreditation standards, including those set by DHS, NAEYC, and Keystone STARS.
- Providing comprehensive training to our dedicated team, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to meet compliance requirements and deliver exceptional care and education.
- Proactively identifying projects that enhance the quality and effectiveness of our programs while aligning with our mission and goals.
- Establishing and maintaining meticulous records and systems to track organization-wide data, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications:
- A deep passion for Early Childhood Education and a strong commitment to providing high-quality programs that foster a love of learning.
- Extensive knowledge of licensing and accreditation standards, including experience with DHS, NAEYC, and Keystone STARS compliance.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, mentor, and develop a diverse team of Early Childhood professionals.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, ensuring that all records and systems are accurate, up-to-date, and readily accessible.
- A collaborative mindset, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders, build partnerships, and drive positive change.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $47,500.00 - $55,000.00 per year
