Customer Service Tasks & Duties (What you'll do)

• Check customers and members in and out.

• Handling cash and debit/credit transactions

• Handle incoming and outgoing mail

• Data entry

Customer Service Shift Info

• Day Shift, 7:30am to 5:00pm

• MUST be able to work weekends and holidays

• Monday - Sunday

• Seasonal from May-Oct

Customer ServiceQualifications (Requirements/Skills)

• Customer Service experience required.

• Excellent Microsoft office skills

• Ability to complete 60 WPM.

• Works well in a team environment

• Works well under pressure

• 3 solid years working in an office.

• Ability to multitask.

• Able to work in the US.

• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

• Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field

• Excellent at communicating over the phone and handling phone systems.

• Able to concentrate on multiple problems at once

• Excellent time management and prioritization skills

• Ability to answer the phone, listen actively, relay information, and type basic information simultaneously.

• Customer-focused for positive customer experience and resolution

• Able to pass a background check

• Able to work in the US.
