What you'll be doing...
As an Eligibility Clerk for New Accounts in Accounting & Eligibility (A&E), you will be responsible for the technical setup of new or reinstated employer accounts in our proprietary application suite.
- Create invoices for initial billings
- Maintain the existing log of active contracts
- Close dropped and inactive accounts
- Prepare contracts for digital imaging
Hybrid schedule available, work 1-2 days a week from our Mountlake Terrace or Seattle, WA office.

- Organized. Ability to juggle and prioritize workloads, have strong analytical skills
- Communicator. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Detailed. Strong attention to detail with excellent problem solving skills
- Technically Savvy. Basic proficiency in Excel and Word
