Multi-Site Supervisor

Overview:
Multi-Site Supervisors will be responsible for ensuring all designated sites within their region are effectively executing all company systems and procedures and maintaining the critical business fundamentals. They must overview all sites on a regular basis, conduct follow ups, train, and support supervisors, as needed.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all designated sites have completed their daily, weekly, and monthly required tasks.
• Conduct store surveys. Review areas of improvement and score with the Site Supervisors.
• Be knowledgeable of, interpret, and enforce company policy and procedures with employees.
• Review and ensure all sites business fundamentals are within the guidelines as outlines by TMI, Inc.
• Maintain business records as outlined by TMI, Inc.
• Train and supervise site supervisor personnel, evaluate their performance, and recommend or initiate disciplinary action.
• Attend leadership meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.
