SalaryDetermines eligibility for the Housing Choice Voucher Program. Program includes, VASH vouchers, Mainstream vouchers, FUP vouchers and home ownership program. Calculate income, tenant rent and HAP. Conducts annual re-certifications, interim certifications and transfers. Conducts move-in inspections, annual inspections, and re-inspections. Maintains the waiting lists. Conducts new tenant briefings. Maintains landlord outreach. 3 years experience in multi-family property management with Section 8..AA Degree in business public administration or related field or any equivalent combination of education and experience. Must obtain Multi-family Housing Specialist Certification within 1 year of employment.
