Bell County Motoworks is looking to gear up for the season, and we are hiring for motivated and genuinely enthusiastic people to sell bikes and grow our clientele!
If you’ve ever been interested in what the motorcycle industry is all about, we’d like to meet You. You’ll never know until you come check it out and see!
Selling a bike, a thing nobody truly needs but one that lots of folks really want, can be an extremely rewarding task. Like anything worth doing well, however, we follow a specific process, and we believe in training folks on how to get the most out of that process.
Employment is considered conditional for 90 days. Experience in sales is great, but our commitment to new hires is that you will have the tools at the end of the onboarding process to fully execute and benefit from our sales process. Using those tools is all up to you.
A full job description will be provided, but selling bikes at Bell-Moto will include
- Sincerely and enthusiastically greeting everyone who comes in the door.
- Making, keeping, and maintaining a CRM record of everyone that you greet.
- Focusing on people FIRST, processes SECOND, and product knowledge THIRD.
- Understanding that, while not every lead is created equally, every lead has value.
- Knowing that the key to selling more bikes is about following up, and that the key to being a better closer is to be a better opener.
