About the role:

As a Media Production Specialist, you will play a key role in Logisnext's marketing communications strategy by creating and producing high-quality and engaging webinars, presentations, video and interactive content. A key member of our team, this role's primary focus is to film, edit and produce dealer webinars and sales training videos. The position also leads various graphic design projects– from presentation development to new product launch materials and photography. The ideal candidate has a proven track record and experience in filming, editing, A/V and graphic design. Excellent communication and project management skills are required, along with great attention to detail.


What you will do:

  • Video & Webinar Development - Film, edit and produce high-quality and engaging webinars and videos to support executive communications, dealer training, product marketing and marketing communications activities. Serve as lead Media Production Specialist for all internal/external webinars, managing expectations and deadlines accordingly. Support development of sales training content through use of Articulate 360 or other tools, working alongside Sales Training team, Marketing Communications and Product Marketing..
  • Presentation Development - Develop and design compelling PowerPoint presentations and interactive content to support various dealer, customer and training audiences. Manage Logisnext's PowerPoint master templates for all company brands and audiences, and continue to evolve and improve upon the available resources. Support transition of presentations as needed to new templates with a focus on delivering visually-appealing content for all audiences.
  • Photography - Lead internal photoshoots to capture key visuals for Marketing, Training and Product content. Develop project vision and shot list and execute to deliver on required goals. Conduct photoshoot and deliver high-quality images. May include photography of people, product or components and application visuals. Understand lighting aspects and requirements. Use photo editing software and applications to edit, crop and enhance photos and maintain images in photo library.
  • Graphic Design - Support graphic design requirements for Marketing Communications projects, including new product launches (brochures, spec sheets, product presentations, etc.), campaigns and other projects as required. Uses design software to prepare technical and non-technical visual presentations and create final art.
  • Maintain ongoing archive of electronic video, project and photography files. Establish and maintain data systems for archiving files that can be easily retrieved and follow company-wide records retention policies to ensure compliance.

When & Where:

Full-time - 10-15% travel. Hybrid schedule - Tues - Thursday in office; Monday/Friday remote.

What you need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree (willing to consider experience in lieu of degree)
  • 2 -7 years of experience
    • 3-5 years of experience in video/digital Media Production, editing and post-production.
    • 5 years of graphic design and presentation development experience, with a proven portfolio of work samples, ranging from PPT to video content.
  • Experience with video editing using Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premier and Affter Effects or Adobe suite.
  • Well-versed in Microsoft PPT design. Experience translating complex concepts into understandable and visually-engaging slide presentations.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe Illustrator. Knowledgeable in current presentation and video design trends.
  • Experience with adhering to brand design standards and guidelines.
  • Team player that thrives in a fast-paced work environment. Excellent communication, project management and organization skills.
  • Prior experience working with executives, senior management and internal teams to deliver engaging video and webinar content.


What would be nice to have:

  • Experience with Teams Live events, recording and broadcast aspects
  • Experience with Articulate 360 or other relevant learning management software programs
  • Understanding of techniques, equipment and processes related to still photography.
