SalarySummary:
Responsible for processing Mortgage Loans in accordance with bank policy and investor guidelines as well as meeting borrower expectations. This position offers a hybrid work environment as some on-site work will be required.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Act as the sole point of contact to the customer after the loan application has been accepted and completed by the mortgage lender.
- Request and review required documentation to send to Underwriting for review.
- Review and clear loan conditions and stipulations issued by Underwriting to obtain final approval.
- Ensure regular communication with borrowers, mortgage lenders, title companies and real estate agents in order to acquire supplementary documentation as required.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong computer skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong skills in working efficiently under time limitations.
- Advanced math and calculation skills.
- 3+ years previous experience in mortgage loan processing preferred.
