About the Job:
The Lock Desk Analyst's primary responsibility will be to support the Lock Desk by processing rate locks, rate lock change and extension requests while adhering to and enforcing rate lock policies.
Working under specific deadlines is required. Offering great customer service in a fast paced environment is a must. Candidate will also help support other Secondary Marketing functions and Finance as needed

What You Will Do:
* Process rate lock requests within pricing engine and loan origination system (LOS) in a timely fashion
* Assist Mortgage Operations and Sales with loans changes, repricing's and extension requests* Research competitors for price indications
* Verify mortgage loan pricing to published rate sheets
* Prepare various mortgage loan pipeline and production reports
* Perform other duties as assigned
What We're Looking For:
* Strong mathematical and analytical skills
* Working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
* Detail orientated with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong customer service skills, team player, and ability to work in a fast paced environment with efficiency and accuracy.
* Experience with Calyx Point and/or Optimal Blue
* Mortgage related work experience preferred but not required
