Responsibilities

• Build new relationships and grow existing relationships with clients
• Assist and educate customers on finding the best Mortgage Loan options to fit their needs. We’re all about the customer. Great service creates return business. Return business puts more money in your  pocket.
• Stay up to date with mortgage industry-related news, trends, technology, products, and services
• Close deals. Yeah, that’s a given.

Qualifications

• An outgoing personality is crucial. We need someone confident in their communication skills. But we don’t just want a good talker, we need a good listener as well.
• Customer service and sales experience
• Being tech savvy is also a plus, but as long as you’re a quick learner and willing to put in the work, you will do great.
• We need problem solvers -- sales in a nutshell is encountering a problem, then finding a solution to that problem. If you can do that, you have what it takes to succeed.
• High school degree or GED is required.
• Being bilingual is always a plus - but not required.

Salary: $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
