Flagship Home Loans is growing once again and hiring motivated Loan Officers who are looking to take their business to the next level. We are looking for experienced Loan Officers who are looking to build their individual purchase loan business with our already established realtor partners.

The Mortgage Loan Officer is primarily responsible for originating new Mortgage Loan applications through our current realtor partnerships.

Qualifications

• Active Mortgage Loan originator's license (Required)
• Must be driven & motivated.
• Experience in proactively soliciting and sourcing new applications thru our current realtors partnerships.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and drive to earn high income.
• Demonstrate knowledge of mortgage products and programs
• Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to analyze financial information.
• People skills a must! We are client focused.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Educates borrowers on Mortgage Loan options and home equity products.
• Conduct borrower needs analysis to understand borrowers short and longer term goals.
• Provides excellent customer service
• Review initial documents for accuracy and completeness
• Educate our current Realtor partners on product and guidelines updates
• One or more years of Mortgage Loan origination experience
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

• Fair Housing regulations: 1 year (Preferred)
