Mortgage Loan Officer (High Bp's Compensation Opportunity)

Opportunity for experienced Loan Officers looking to close more business with:

Responsibilities

• Evaluate credit worthiness by processing loan applications and documentation within specified limits
• Complete thorough loan applications to determine financial eligibility with applicable ratios
• Good communication skills to request or provide information to clients and agents
• Justify decisions (approvals/rejections) and report on them
• Update job knowledge on types of loans and other financial services
• Maintain and update account records
• Assess customer needs, explore all options and introduce different types of loans
• Go the “extra mile” to build trusting relationships and customer loyalty
• Make sure to operate in compliance with laws and regulations

Skills

• Solid understanding of lending products and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills over the phone
• Customer satisfaction orientated while being sales driven

Pay: $75,000.00 - $255,000.00 per year
