WHAT You’ll Do:
- Assist in closing Mortgage Loans in compliance with organizational and governmentalrequirements.
- Ensure all documents are correct and in compliance with organizational guidelines and applicable regulations.
- Prepare closing documents including necessary disclosures.
- Review closing files and related information and clear closing and funding conditions, as appropriate.
- Process wire funds, as requested and maintain closing calendar.
- Review loan estimates and confirm for accuracy and compliance.
WHAT You'll Need:
- High School diploma and 3 years related work experience or equivalent related experience. Bachelor’s degree may be substituted for work experience.
- Understanding of basic mortgage concepts.
- Strong technical aptitude including the ability to learn new systems and proficiency with Word and Excel. Familiarity with mortgage origination software preferred.
