Job Summary: Provide customers with the highest quality parts possible.
Key Competencies:
- Basic understanding of company equipment.
- Ability to interpret requirements and instructions from written documents.
- Demonstrate initiative in learning, training, performing tasks and quality assurance.
- Operation of variety of production machines.
- Loading rubber inserts and other components into machine. Removal of molded parts from molds/press plates.
- Manual trim and rework as necessary.
- Excellent attendance and prior work history.
- Mandatory overtime may be required.
