Mold Setter

We are currently seeking candidates for the position of Mold Setter for our midnight shift (10:30pm-7:00am) at Autoplas located in Bellevue OH.

The Mold Setter position establishes and maintains process parameters to fulfill daily production schedules, minimize scrap, and maximize equipment availability.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Check with previous shift to verify production schedule and current process parameters.
• Check production schedule for mold and/or material changes and assign to setup personnel.
• Check and correct current process parameters to master monitor, and record.
• Correct process to produce quality products as assigned by your supervisor and record accordingly.
• Ensuring timely completion of mold changes.
• Verify and maintain job cycle times.
• Verification and control of scrap and downtime.
• Timely follow up on tooling and maintenance work orders.
• Production floor housekeeping & maintenance of 5S standards.
• Other duties or tasks as assigned or required.
