About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Home Sales Consultant to join our expanding Modular Home business. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the sales pipeline starting with inbound lead generation ending with post-construction feedback. Your goal is to sign 3 new customers monthly, and your ambition and strong work ethic will be key to achieving this.
Responsibilities Include:
- Make a minimum of 20 outbound calls per day to potential customers.
- Gather information from potential customers and qualify them based on our criteria.
- Generate home estimates using Excel, and conduct virtual and in-person meetings to review the estimates.
- Give customers personal tours of our display homes.
- Secure Feasibility Study agreements with Customers and collect their initial deposit.
- Maintain communication with Next Modular staff to ensure that customers are progressing through the sales pipeline.
- Attend pre-construction meetings with Next Modular Staff and the Customer.
- Collaborate with Lenders as needed to help facilitate Customer’s loan.
- Ensure accuracy in factory orders and ensure payments are collected.
- Maintain communication with the customer after project is handed to the construction team, collect feedback at the end of the project.

- Previous income of $100k or more.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $88,600.00 - $198,800.00 per year
