Position: Online Sales Consultant

Job Summary:

Elevate your career with Davis Homes as an integral member of our sales team! As an Online Sales Consultant, you'll be pivotal in driving our online presence, cultivating leads, and converting them into prospective clients. Your role is crucial in providing exceptional customer service across various channels, including phone calls, social media, live chat, text, and email.

Primary Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries, demonstrating urgency and professionalism.

Engage in needs assessment conversations to qualify leads effectively.

Consistently follow up with online leads, aiming to schedule appointments for the Sales Team.

Deliver relevant information and materials to leads, highlighting key selling points of our communities and product lines.

Utilize the Pipedrive lead management system efficiently on a daily basis.

Monitor and report on lead volume, activity, and conversion rates.

Collaborate with the marketing team to support events and realtor marketing initiatives.

Required Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in marketing or sales.

Demonstrated proficiency in email and phone communication.

Customer-centric approach with strong interpersonal skills.

Prior experience with sales contact/lead management databases.

Exceptional organizational skills with acute attention to detail.

Ability to thrive in an unstructured environment with minimal supervision.

Proficiency in multitasking and time management.

Willingness to learn and adhere to established sales processes.

Experience in the home building industry is advantageous.

Pay: $55,524.33 - $100,000.00 per year
