The Host/Hostess is responsible for greeting and assisting prospective homebuyers, completing registration information for homebuyers, and providing administrative assistance to the Outside Sales Professional.
RESPONSIBILITES
- Greet visitors to the Model Home and provide appropriate marketing materials when the Outside Sales Professional is not available.
- Complete the Visitor Registration form for all visitors when the Outside Sales Professional is not available.
- Answer phone calls and provide information in a prompt and professional manner.
- Maintain daily Model Home appearance and open and close Model Home when requested.
- Provide administrative assistance to the Outside Sales Professional as requested. This assistance may include the following:
- Sorting, labeling, and mailing marketing materials
- Light typing, filing and faxing
- Ordering office supplies from the corporate office
- Maintaining current marketing materials and disposing of outdated materials
- Creating folders with specific marketing materials as instructed by Outside Sales Professional
- Additional duties as assigned, which may include demonstrating the benefits and features of the model and inventory homes.

QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Demonstrated computer skills including a working knowledge of MS Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Current, valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record and reliable transportation to work in multiple locations.
