Role Summary
This leadership role will be directly responsible for controlling the guest count on a nightly basis and will have immediate supervision of the host team. You will benefit from our steady stream of loyal clientele, but this hard charger will not sit around waiting for covers to stroll in.
In addition to teaching and mentoring our staff, this individual will lead the hunt for new business utilizing in-house leads. Prioritizing opportunities and juggling multiple touchpoints, this person knows that action drives outcome.
In this role, you’ll spend most of your day in-restaurant making key reservation decisions and using creative thinking to overcome logistic problems. Our Yelp reservation platform will keep you in guest acquisition mode and our award-winning restaurant will give you the confidence to crush any competitor.
Part sales leader, part host manager, you’ll run point on creating and maintaining guest relationships for current and future revenue growth. Great communicators who know how to push boundaries will thrive in our growing business.

Position overview
- Highlights: Dinner only concept, Work/Life Balance, Zero Wokeness
- Work Hours: Full time, 32 - 40 hours/ week, Part time 15-30 hours/ week
- Base Compensation: $15-20 per hour, depending on experience.
- Additional compensation: Participation in daily tip pool as well as other negotiable sales incentives
Requirements
- 2+ years of full-service restaurant hosting experience.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- High school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Availability to work nights and weekends.
- Results driven, trustworthy and team oriented.
- Must be able to work standing and walking for extended periods of time.
