Job Description
The Position
Responsible for the overall consultation and facilitation of all assignment and relocation related services to employees, line managers and HR. The role works closely with key functional stakeholders, including HR, Legal, Tax, Payroll, Finance, Procurement, etc., as well as third-party suppliers and consultants for day-to-day oversight and issue resolution. Responsibilities broadly include ensuring policies align with Company business and talent strategy, maximization of program effectiveness, minimization of cost, ensuring compliance and excellent customer satisfaction.
Oversee management of Tier 2 U.S. founder benefit escalations and related data issues and related process improvement.

Responsibilities
Compliance Processes
  • Provides lifecycle oversight of the Global Assignment and relocation creating a customer focused experience.
  • Manages all of the day-to-day operations of International Assignments and Relocation.
  • This includes process reviews with key suppliers and stakeholders as well as reviewing the policy/process from time to time to ensure efficiency.

Supplier Management
  • Day-to-day point of contact for all suppliers that support international assignments and Relocation as well as the development and tracking of contractual SLA's.
  • Responsible for collaborating with all RFP efforts.
  • Day-to-day contact for tax compliance processes as well as TEQ collection and any escalations or issue resolution.

Reporting, Accounting and Surveys
  • Network with Industry Peers to obtain best practice and updated trends.

Consulting
  • Provides consulting and guidance to HR and line management for country-to-country transfers and assignments.

Project Management
  • Leads large projects and special assignments to support both the service delivery and projects required by the business.
  • Tracks and resolves all service escalations.
  • Develops communications and presentations for Managers, HR and Assignees as needed.

Other
  • Conducts Policy Reviews with outside consultants to ensure policies are aligned to appropriate benchmarks in the industry.

Founder Benefits Escalations
  • Oversee how Tier 2 U.S. founder escalations are managed.
  • Connect with other Total Rewards leaders (e.g., Equity, Compensation) as opportunities to improve the founder experience arise.

International Transfer Management
  • Serve as a point-of-contact for founders on an assignment.

Process Improvement
  • Collaborate with peers in other regions, across HR, Service Delivery, Business Technology and external partners to identify overarching trends and identify solutions.
  • Ensure action plans are developed and shared that will improve the founder experience based on these trends.

Other
  • Manage at least one team member responsible for responding to Tier 2 escalations and managing data issues/enhancements.
  • Participate in special project work and other duties as needed, such as M&A transactions, cost savings initiatives, etc.
  • Leverage learnings to provide input and recommendations regarding employee communications, education materials and maintenance of internal portals.
  • Support additional projects, as needed.

Required Education, Experience and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent certification.
  • Experience managing mobility global mobility programs.
  • Experience partnering with senior level employees and HR, Finance, Tax and Service Delivery.
  • Experience managing one or more mobility supplier relationships.
  • Broad knowledge of US benefits including health & welfare, retirement, wellness programs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Maintains a high level of professionalism and confidentiality around sensitive data.

The applicable salary range for this position in the U.S. is stated below. Benefits offered in the U.S. include a retirement savings plan, paid vacation and holiday time, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
