SalaryCareSend is a technology platform that aims to bridge the gap between physicians, payors, and patients by making care more accessible. This innovative platform provides an opportunity for experienced phlebotomists to offer their expertise in performing in-home lab draws. Your responsibilities will involve traveling to patients' homes, physician offices when applicable, and labs when ordered.

When you accept job assignments during your specified window, you will be compensated for your time at $40 per hour. This compensation structure is designed to incentivize efficiency and productivity while providing a fair and lucrative opportunity to earn money.
CareSend phlebotomists are considered independent contractors (1099). This means that you will have the freedom to manage your taxes and expenses.

Requirements
- Must have phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency
- Must be currently working in the field and drawing blood regularly, with a minimum of 1 year of experience
- Experience centrifuging specimens is a plus
- Reliable transportation is a must
- A clean driving record and the ability to pass a background check are required
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently
- Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- You must be a tech native and comfortable using a smartphone and computer to execute your tasks
- Adaptable to changing environments and able to learn quickly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
