Under the direction of the Director of Cross Property Marketing, the Cross Property Mobile Marketing Specialist develops and supports Mobile Marketing strategies for multiple property initiatives. Responsible for executing, managing, and optimizing testing for campaigns, in addition to driving learnings, insights, and recommendations based on user behavior and testing outcomes to mobile objectives. The Cross Property Mobile Marketing Specialist is data-driven, focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment to drive cross-properties marketing goals.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
1. Supports the Mobile and E-Commerce Content Specialist and the Digital Testing and Personalization Specialist with creating, executing, monitors, and testing channel engagement campaigns and corresponding personalized communication strategies across properties.
2, Supports the Mobile and E-Commerce Content Specialist and the Digital Testing and Personalization Specialist with developing, overseeing, testing, and analyzing multiple cross-properties acquisition and promotional strategies for Mobile Application, Pushes, Inbox messages, and E-commerce channels.
3. Work closely with cross-property stakeholders to find new ways to encourage cross-property visitation, approvals, and aligned strategies.
4. Examines engagement metrics and segment performance to drive cross-property visitation.
5. Monitors campaign tracking and performance tests to ensure optimal performance, personalization, and user journey.
6. Performs other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the department.
Education/Experience/Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with an emphasis in Marketing or Communications required.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in multiple communication channels, including direct mail, e-mail, mobile, and social media required.
- Related, relevant, and/or direct experience may be considered in lieu of minimum educational requirements indicated above.
- Collaborative, Nimble, High-Volume, Curious, and Data Focused Marketer.
- Technical proficiency and knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Possess excellent oral and written communication skills; strong client interface and presentation skills are preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to drive toward results.

- Strong strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and analytical skills.

- Must be able to travel cross-property as needed.
Certificates/Licenses/Registrations
- At the discretion of the San Manuel Tribal Gaming Commission, you may be required to obtain and maintain a gaming license.
- A qualified candidate/employee must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record as determined by the company's insurance carrier.
