About the role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled ML Ops Data Engineer to join our growing Data Science Engineering team. In this role, you will play a critical role in building, maintaining, and automating the infrastructure and pipelines necessary for the development, deployment, and monitoring of machine learning models. You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our machine learning workflows.
A day in the life....
- Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines for collecting, processing, and storing data for machine learning training and inference.
- Automate the machine learning model training and deployment process using tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, or similar platforms.
- Implement monitoring and logging solutions to track the performance and health of machine learning models in production.
- Collaborate with data scientists to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain documentation for ML pipelines and infrastructure.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in ML Ops tools and technologies.
You own this if you have...
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in Data Engineering or a related field.
- Experience building and maintaining data pipelines for machine learning.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Proficient in Python scripting and programming.
- Strong understanding of Data Engineering principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred:
- Experience with MLflow, Kubeflow, or similar ML Ops platforms.
- Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).

Pay Range Details
The pay range(s) below are provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different in other locations.
California: $121,500 - $188,500 Annually, Washington: $121,500 - $188,500 Annually
