Set up and monitors the operation of the bowl. Ensure product meets Company’s standards and specifications. Complete legible and accurate documentation. Follow Good Manufacturing Practices and Food Safety and Quality Standards Requirements. Understand and comply with the company Allergen and HACCP policies. Communicate any Food Safety or Equipment concerns.
Responsibilities:
- Set up machines and inspect to assure it is ready to operate.
- Check, adjust, and setup all equipment before start-up; including. But not limited to refrigeration, mix time, blend, ice machine, and nuggets. At the end of shift verify that all tanks have the proper amounts of ice and nuggets
- Monitors batter cleanup on every run to assure mix time is accurate and consistent.
- Monitor batter consistency through clean up, development, temperature, time and communicate with Lead.
- Ensure the ingredient scaling room is kept clean, lids/covers on ingredient tubs when not in use, appropriate scoops used, ingredient bags are kept off the floor at all times. The room is swept and clean.
- Floor from the blender area to scaling room is to be swept and clean.
- Ensure all ingredient bags and boxes are discarded at end of shift.
- Communicate effectively with fellow employees, Lead, and Supervisors/Managers.
- Complete appropriate documentation, notify Lead when outside established range
- Ensure that our product meets the company's standards and specifications.
- Responsible for the recording of rejects accurately with reason for rejects.
- Must understand and follow all company Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's).
- Food Safety and Quality Standard Requirements are being maintained daily.
- Must understand and comply with the company Allergen and HACCP policies.
- Must communicate with Lead/Supervisors of any Food Safety or Equipment concerns
- Perform all other assigned tasks as directed by your Lead/Supervisor.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year in manufacturing or food environment
Shift: 2nd
Hourly Rate: $23.00 - $34.00
