Responsibilities:
- Check schedule for production equipment needs, have equipment ready for QC and maintenance
- Assign additional duties as needed.
- Maintain safety awareness within the department.
- Make sure silos, bases, contaminants and grounds are checked and cleaned
- Perform a daily inventory of supplies and inform the sanitation manager of items needed to order.
- Consistently insures and encourages team members to manage their time properly.
- Ensures that all sanitation tasks and responsibilities are performed and completed with the highest quality possible
- Assist the team in the processing plant area whenever necessary, in order to insure facility cleanliness
- Perform all other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred
- Sanitation Experience as it relates to a manufacturing environment
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Good communication and observational skills
