Responsibilities and Duties:
Responds to leads, uses industry software tools to diagnose issues, estimates jobs, and signs contracts with clients.
Meets and communicates with clients, insurance adjusters, environmental hygienists, testing personnel, etc. throughout the project.
Sets up job scope and manages all aspects of the job from start to finish to ensure the highest workmanship based on industry standards.
Schedules technicians, subcontractors, and general laborers on projects and assists crew members when needed to ensure work‹ is completed on time and accurately.
Approves invoices and billing, adjusts as needed, and assists with money collections.
Resolves problems.
Ensures demolition is clean, complete, and ready for rebuild. Manage job file documentation, job profitability, and efficiency. Trains and manages technicians and general laborers.
Obtains permits and adheres to all company practices, safety procedures, OSHA, and environmental regulations.
Inspects the job and completes customer service survey.
