Job Title: MisterSoftee Driver / Server
Job Summary:
As a MisterSoftee Driver/ Server, you will be responsible for operating a mobile soft serve ice cream truck to sell ice cream products to customers. Your primary goal is to create a positive and enjoyable experience for customers while maintaining the safety and cleanliness of the truck. This role involves driving to designated locations, managing inventory, and handling financial transactions as well as serving soft serve ice cream.

Responsibilities:
1. Driving and Operating:

-Safely operate and drive the soft serve ice cream truck to designated locations on specified route.
-Adhere to all traffic rules and regulations.
-Maintain the cleanliness and mechanical condition of the ice cream truck.

2. Customer Service:
-Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers in a friendly manner.
-Assist customers in making product selections and provide information about available ice cream options.
-Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.

3.Sales and Inventory Management:
-Keep track of inventory levels, ensuring that the truck is well-stocked with a variety of soft serve ice cream products.
-Manage cash transactions, provide accurate change, and maintain financial records.
-Upsell and promote new products or special promotions to boost sales.

4.Hygiene and Sanita/on:
-Adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation standards to ensure the safety of the products.
-Keep the interior and exterior of the ice cream truck clean and organized.
-Follow proper food handling procedures and maintain a safe and sanitary work environment.

5.Route Planning:
-Plan efficient routes to reach various locations, taking into consideration factors such as traffic conditions and customer demand.
-Communicate effectively with supervisors to optimize daily routes.

6.Equipment Maintenance:
-Conduct routine maintenance checks on the ice cream truck to ensure it is in good working condition.
-Report any mechanical issues or necessary repairs promptly.

7.Compliance:
-Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations.
-Stay informed about any changes in regulations that may impact the operation of the ice cream truck.

Requirements:
-Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
-Excellent customer service and communica9on skills.
-Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
-Basic math skills for inventory management.
-Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
-Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced environment and ability move heavy items (< 25 pounds).
-Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
-Positive attitude and enthusiasm for creating a fun and enjoyable experience for customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.43 - $35.40 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 48 per week
