The GAO is part of the Legislative Branch of the Federal government. As such, all positions are in the excepted service. This position is located in the Chief Administrative Office, Field Operations, Los Angeles, CA field office.
As a Mission Support Assistant you will be responsible for carrying out a variety of clerical and administrative tasks in support of office processes and procedures.Qualifications: Applicants must have at least one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience at the AC-I, GS-7 or equivalent level that has equipped the applicant with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. Specialized experience must include at least 2 of the following activities: (1) processing purchasing actions for goods and/or services, (2) utilizing web applications to complete travel authorizations, processing travel reimbursement/vouchers, and/or processing training requests, and (3) reviewing time and attendance automated systems.Education: There is no education required for this position.Employment Type: FULL_TIME
