Join us and reach your higher purpose at Cargill.Job Purpose and Impact The Marketing Process & Automation Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and sustaining process and automation solutions within the marketing operations function. In this role, you will gain a deep understanding of the company's business operations and apply process improvement strategies to enhance marketing initiatives. By fostering a strong process culture and leveraging advanced marketing automation tools, you will drive operational efficiency, ensure consistent execution, and achieve process excellence across end-to-end business processes.Key Accountabilities Partner with super users, stakeholders and data technology teams to support process stabilization and optimization initiatives and support technology enabling business processes to meet growth and cost reduction goals.Collaborate with Marketing Communications Team to implement and support process design and metrics for optimal execution and results.Execute business process initiatives with low to medium cost and risk, assuring project goals and objectives are attained and sustained while creating project insight for project and functional leadership.Provide training and support to team members on new processes and tools ensuring adoption and proficiency across the organization.Conduct meetings, research processes, collect data, analyze information and perform related tasks to manage process optimization change. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of automation efforts and identify opportunities for further improvement.Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.Other duties as assigned#LI-MC3#FGBPosition Information Relocation assistance will not be provided for this position.Open to remote. Minnesota Sick and Safe Leave accruals of one hour for every 30 worked, up to 48 hours per calendar year unless otherwise provided by law.Qualifications Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.Minimum of two years of related work experience. Preferred QualificationsKnowledge of business process modelling notations.    General understanding of how enterprise resource planning, business process management, customer relationship management and business intelligence tools operate.Continuous improvement methodology and skills, including Lean Six Sigma.Knowledge of organizational change and process optimization.Knowledge of implementation strategy and approach to ensure minimal impact to the business and end users.Demonstrated effective systematic problem-solving experience including incident  management.Cargill is an equal opportunity employer and committed to providing accommodation to our job applicants with disabilities.
