Our team in Aircraft Group is looking for a Mill Cell Utility Operator to join them. You will report to the department Performance Leader, on-site, in West Falls, NY.
To be considered for a Mill Cell Utility Operator, here's what you'll need to bring with you:High School Diploma or equivalent
At least 6 months experience in a machine shop setting as a machine operator, CNC machinist or deburr technician.
In accordance with strict Federal Aviation Administration (F.A.A.) regulations regarding Safety Sensitive Work (S.S.W.), employee enrollment & participation in the company's "F.A.A. Drug & Alcohol Program" is a requirement for this position.
As a Mill Cell Utility Operator, you will:Set up & run CNC Milling machines with multiple axis.
Inspect all work performed and detect unusual conditions, defective materials, and defective parts using different inspection equipment and processes.
Follow detailed work instructions and recognize errors in blueprints, operation sheets and other written instructions.
Participate in the planning of work and resolving problems within the Cell using team skills and experience.
Demonstrate the ability to use shop math, work from charts, tables, drawings, blueprints, operation sheets, and verbal instructions.

Salary Range:The base pay range for this opportunity is $29.37/hour.
2nd and 3rd Shift employees receive 10% differential pay
