Responsibilities:
- Analyze and inspect a range of utility bills of the company's real estate properties (which spans across several states)
- Monitor and track the utility billing process
- Research, request, obtain and submit all necessary documentation
- Perform checks to ensure compliance with the internal standards and procedures.
- Communicate with utility vendors.
- Provide quick and adequate resolution of issues emerging at any level of utility billing process
- Monitor and manage new tenant move-ins and move-outs to ensure compliance with existing utility
- billing standards.
- Liaise with related units within the company
- Assist in responding to management requests on questions

Job Requirements and Preferences
- Associate or bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or any related fields.
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office, and MS Excel is required
- At least 1 year of related experience is desirable
- Solid analytical skills
