Microsoft Nav Erp Consultant

Searching for an Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP Specialist. This key employee will work directly with client teams in the deployment of our Aviation Aftermarket ERP software to end users. The successful candidate will be service/support oriented with a hands-on work style and strong attention to detail and follow-through. This position requires a strategic thinker who is comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously, adjusting priorities as needed, and managing occasional interruptions

Responsibilities

• Function as the project manager and primary point of contact for multiple client implementation projects simultaneously
• Conduct weekly project status meetings with client stakeholders
• Document any additional client requirements that arise via User Stories and/or other process documentation
• Flag project risks and identify optimal solutions to ensure positive outcomes
• Manage client demands and expectations
• Deliver training to client SME's and end users
• Validate data converted from client legacy systems
• Be available to answer questions, configure technology, and provide thoughtful, contextual advice to clients.
• Occasionally provide support on special projects or tasks as needed
• Stay current with latest product releases
