Expertise in Office 365, Exchange Server 2016 Administration and Implementation.
Expertise in MS Outlook client, Active Directory and Exchange Server and O365 Administration.
Experience in Exchange 2016, Office 365, Windows 2016.
Experience in deploying/upgrading of exchange server 2016.
Manage and Administer Exchange 2016/Office 365
Good Administration Knowledge on MS SharePoint, TEAMS, OneDrive and other O365 tools.
Work on ServiceNow Tickets and resolve them in timely manner.
Good Experience with PowerShell and Scripting
Effective handling of O365 Compliance Requirements (Such AV, Antispam Protection, Threat Management, DLP, Monitoring, eDiscovery & Hold.
Experience resolving all incidents not resolved by Client’s first level helpdesk which includes issues pertaining to all hardware and software: (hardware will include all desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, monitors and other peripherals and technology assets):
Experience in Active Directory user administration, OS imaging processes, ticketing, SW installation and imaging tools, automated help desk systems, troubleshooting in the Windows desktop environment (networking, OS, Microsoft Office suite, PC hardware, printers), network and local printer installation.
Experience with Windows 7, Windows 10, MS Office Suite, Exchange, Active Directory, Networking, Wired and Wireless, Desktop and Laptop basic HW knowledge.
Preferred Education and Qualifications
Certificate – Cybersecurity
Certificate – Network and Telecom Admin
Degree – Bachelor of Science, Network and Security Admin
Certification – Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate
Other requirements
Speaks fluent English
Will attend the client orientation meeting.
There will be a “smart hands resource” available to our tech. Expect there will be a daily conversation with that Level 3 tech.
Engagement terms:
- Location: Houston TX 77002
- Hourly rate: $40-55 on 1099 basis.
- This is one-day-per-week engagement in Houston Texas. Available every Wednesday beginning January 10,2024
- Start Date – ASAP
- Duration: assumed 1 year contract – may extend
- Positions: 2
- Schedule shift: 9:00am to 5:00pm with 30 min lunch break.
- Background Investigation Required: Yes.
- Interview process: Phone/video
- Background checks and drug screen required.
- Estimated start date: ASAP.
- Candidates need to start immediately within 1-2 weeks’ notice.
