Mgr, Quality and Compliance
Working under general supervision of the Director of Organizational Excellence, the Manager, Quality & Compliance contributes to the organization’s strategic goals and helps to drive the policies and procedures necessary for achieving them. Using best in class tools and methods the Manager collaborates with stakeholders to assist in the creation and implementation of standardized processes to increase efficiencies, reduce errors, and maintain compliance. The Manager also is a key resource for implementation and daily management of all compliance programs and disciplines, including SOC 2, SCRM and ISO 9001.

· Provides site management and maintenance of current Quality and Compliance programs and their respective teams.
· Assists with implementation of new Quality and Compliance programs and disciplines as identified by business needs (CsFC, ISO 27001, NIST, SOC2, SCRM, etc)
· Creates and manages audit plans and findings assessments..
· Develops and manages the internal audit team and activities.
· Identifies potential risks and creates mitigation strategies.
· Creates and reports out on Quality roadmaps, identifying milestones and progress, and develops strategic vision for the vertical.
· Evaluates the effectiveness of control mechanisms and processes on an ongoing basis.
· Maintains and improves the Quality Management System (QMS), focusing on the established mission and vision of the organization.

- Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Minumum 6-8 years experience
- Direct hands-on experience in an ISO 9001 environment
- Demonstrated knowledge of FMEA, RCCM, 5S, Lean Principles
- Proven experience working with teams in the planning and implementation of large projects
- Strategic problem solver with ability to resolve a wide range of complex, multi-disciplinary problems which must consider short and intermediate term company-wide planning
- Ability to quickly research, investigate and problem-solve issues working with cross functional teams
- Possess a high degree of organization, job requires working across multiple compliance standards and verticals simultaneously
