Job description

Primary Skill: Customer identity and Access Management(IAM), Multifactor Authentication(MFA) and federation, Hands-on and Delivery experience in solutions like Azure B2C/SSO, Okta, Ping MFA.

 

Secondary Skill: Project Management, Technical Consultation & Communication Skills Job Description: Strong expertise in designing solutions with the Customer Identity and Access Management platforms enabling single sign-on and multi factor authentication services for applications. Possesses "deep" experience in enterprise IAM (Identity and Access Management) including MFA (multi-factor authentication). In depth knowledge and Hands-on experience in configuration of B2C use cases such as Social Idp registration, progressive profiling, ID proofing etc. Good Experience and knowledge of APIs as well as delivery and deployment. Technical Consulting and Advisory for Federation of different IdPs MFA and SSO Policy configurations with Azure B2C. MFA and SSO Policy configurations in Azure B2C for applications. Good knowledge and experience in Azure B2C IEF policy creation. Good knowledge and experience migration vs. big bang/flash-cut for enablement of MFA. Architecture and design review for MFA implementation. Application integration with custom portals as Service Providers for IdP assertions. Good understanding of the latest security principles like zero trust and password less authentication to implement new standards in the authentication model as well as Azure conditional access policies & Identity protection. Experience using vendor supplied APIs / SDK- Patch Management, Migrate IDAM and MFA systems, Performance Tuning and Troubleshooting Issues. Experience In delivering multiple IAM & MFA Engagements including solutions like Azure B2C,Okta,Ping MFA etc. Demonstrate a consultative approach to strategic decisions with a particular Client on design and delivery for IAM solutions. Ability to be flexible, decision oriented, and motivated to support management initiatives. Experience in Major/Minor Overhaul and Transformation with Customer s environment.

 

Desired Experience & Qualifications: 8+ years of experience with bachelor s degree required. A track record of previous IAM consulting experience, working on complex business-facing client problems & familiarity with Agile and DevOps tools and methodologies. Excellent communication skills both oral (for interviews/meetings, presentations) and written for designing and writing engaging reports which communicate findings and clearly convey the message in a way which is appropriate for the audience and rooted in the client s needs. Good understanding of security methodologies, best practices, and industry standards
