As a Fixed Wing Integration SME, you'll bring your tactical and technical expertise to work alongside thought leaders in the Joint Live Virtual Constructive environment on projects for the client. You'll use your skills and expertise as you analyze, assess, plan and support the client and its projected goals. Work with us to help identify how the client can more effectively replicate and integrate the systems and capabilities into the virtual environment to support their growing demand for reduced cost yet hyper realistic training. You Have:

• Experience directing organizing, training, equipping and deploying an Air Force Operations Group
• Knowledge of USAF fighter aviation tactics
• Ability to effectively communicate organizational objectives to large audiences
• TS/SCI clearance
• Master's degree in Military Science
• USAF Weapons Instructor Course

Nice If You Have:

• Experience coordinating across boundaries and managing training contracts
• Knowledge of virtual reality systems used by USAF fighter squadrons
• Ability to develop standard operating procedures
• Completion of Air Command and Staff College
• Formal unit instructor Certifications

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $93,400.00 to $212,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
