Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct precise measurements and inspections using CMM to ensure metal products meet quality standards.
• Perform thermal processing and microhardness testing on metal samples.
• Utilize Rockwell Testers to assess the hardness of metals.
• Document and report findings accurately, maintaining detailed records of all tests and inspections.
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized lab environment, adhering to safety regulations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to process optimization efforts.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a metal manufacturing facility or job shop environment is required.
• Familiarity with testing metals and using CMM.
• Experience in thermal processing and microhardness testing.
• Proficiency with Rockwell Testers.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent documentation and reporting abilities.
• Ability to lift and move materials as needed, adhering to safety guidelines.
