- Set-up and operate metal forming presses
- Perform first-piece and in-process inspections
- Perform operator machine maintenance and preventive maintenance
- Remove scrap and apply lubricants as needed
- Conduct visual and dimensional checks of parts for defects
- Meet production efficiencies and maintain quality checks
- Maintain a constant watch of die and stock to prevent mis-hits and jamming of parts.
- Move both full and empty bins/racks/containers to and from presses as needed
- Shut down any type of machine that has a hazardous condition that can create an unsafe condition for an operator or any person in the area. Uses lock-out procedures and notifies the supervisor
- Process hourly/daily paperwork as required
- Comply with all company policies and procedures (safety, housekeeping, quality, operation, 5S)
- Support other die setters, Press Operators or other production personnel whenever quality or production problems occur

Pay: $22.11 - $24.32 per hour
