POSITION SUMMARY

• Metal Stamping Tech 2 operates (setup a plus) part in part out, transfer line presses (80 Ton, 60 Ton, 45 ton)
• Metal Stamping Tech 2 operator inspects in-process production metal stamping.
• Metal Stamping Tech 2 operator works with single stage dies in a cell to produce magazine tubes from blanks.
• Metal Stamping Tech 2 operator documents actual findings utilizing Check-Mate Manufacturing forms.
• Metal Stamping Tech 2 operator performs visual Inspection of welded components for defects and cosmetic issues.
• Metal Stamping Tech 2 operator maintains work flow with no or minimum interruptions.
• Metal Stamping Tech 2 operator utilizes Micrometers, Calipers, Drop Gages and Dial Indicators.
• Metal Stamping Tech 2 operator performs set-up inspections and approval for generic production items.
