As the MEP Project Manager, you will lead and manage a variety of multidisciplinary mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection (MEP/FP) projects to support our clients across the Northeast. You may join us in our Westfield, Westwood, or Worcester Massachusetts offices. We offer a hybrid work model, allowing time to be split between home and office and flexible Fridays in the summer.
Our MEP Team and Projects
As part of our nearly 60-person Building Services Business Line, our MEP department is growing rapidly and expanding our client-base in several markets across New England including institutional, K-12 schools, government, commercial, and industrial market sectors. Our MEP team designs heating, ventilation, air conditioning, power, lighting, fire alarm, plumbing, and fire protection systems for new construction and building renovations. We also routinely perform feasibility studies, energy analyses, and building evaluation services.
What you will be doing?
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading multidiscipline teams through the evaluation, design, and construction phases on a wide array of building services projects. You will support developing relationships with new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, prepare proposals, and lead a team in the development of studies, drawings, and specifications and guiding the team through the bidding and construction phases of your projects. You may work directly with Owners or with Architects.
What qualifications do you need?
A Bachelor of Science in mechanical or electrical engineering and at least 3 years of project management experience is required. You must have your Professional Engineering license, technically inclined, and hold a high standard for quality. Project Managers are expected to be self-motivated, have strong leadership, written, and communication skills, and a desire to manage and mentor staff. Having a basic understanding of MEP/FP systems outside of your engineering specialty is desired, but not required.

Project Manager salaries are determined based on internal equity and market analysis and will vary based on the candidate's skill and experience; the salary range for this position is $96,121 - $150,664.
