Maintains and cares for the hospital grounds through the expertise of arborist and horticultural techniques. Maintains and repairs grounds keeping equipment. Works with tractor and other heavy power lawn and garden equipment. Exposed to high altitudes when climbing ladders and performing aerial work using rope and saddle. Handles gasoline, diesel fuel, pesticides, salt, fertilizers and other chemicals.
Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
Experience
2 Years experience in landscaping or related field (Required)
General Experience as a qualified climber with formal instruction in climbing (Required)
General Experience with and the ability to operate a variety of power equipment and hand tools (Required)
License/Certifications
DRIVER - Drivers License (Required)
