Our agency is authorized for OHP/Medicaid in 10 Oregon counties, including Portland, Corvallis, Lane County and recently expanded into the Salem area. We are seeking Supervisors, Licensed, and Associate therapists to serve the OHP/Medicaid population in those counties. We have flexible work hours for counselors who can meet in-person and/or telehealth – you choose your preference for each client.

- Full-time at 20 counseling hours per week or Part-time at 10 counseling hours per week
- Flexibility with your schedule – You choose your workdays and hours
- Opportunity to become a paid supervisor at $125 per hour (or $200 per group hour)
Licensed Therapist Compensation and benefits:
- Commission rate is 60% which typically pays $106.53 per hour (based on a percentage of Oregon Direction's standard billing rate of $177.55 per hour)
- We pay $10 bonus commission per session for fluent, bi-lingual counseling sessions (pre-approval required for each client)
- We pay commission before receiving payments from OHA/Medicaid – we pay at next payday after session
- Payday every 2 weeks (5-days after billing cycle ends and pays commission on submitted billing)
- Employee's health insurance (with dental and vision) paid by our agency at $481 per month – employee contribution required for spouse/partner and family plans (Full-time employees only)
- Paid time off (accrues every pay period based on hours of counseling sessions)
- Paid holidays (6 total: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day)
