We seek a Full-Time Licensed Therapist to join our team at our Burlington, Massachusetts, location.
* Clinicians can see clients in the office or through hybrid or telehealth sessions.
Compensation:
- Fee for Service Model
- Full-time employees can earn $75,000 - $100,000 annually.
Requirements:
- Active and unrestricted LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT licensed in Massachusetts.
- Comfortable working with a wide range of clinical presentations
- Experience working with children or adolescents.
- Experience with couples or family counseling
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and able to build rapport with clients quickly.

Beneficial Skills & Experience:
- Two years of clinical experience preferred.
- Solid computer and basic technology skills
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and can build rapport with clients quickly.
- A demonstrated history of ongoing professional development and growth.
- Evidence of working effectively and collaboratively with colleagues.
